Client Background

The Client is an Internet of Things technology company developing an intelligent platform for monitoring, managing, and analyzing connected devices at scale. The platform enables organizations to visualize real time device activity, monitor operational health, analyze telemetry data, and streamline IoT operations through centralized dashboards and intelligent analytics.

Our engagement focused on creating a modern digital identity and developing a production ready dashboard experience capable of presenting complex IoT data in a clear, intuitive, and actionable format. The platform was designed to support organizations managing large fleets of connected devices while improving operational visibility and decision making.

The platform supports multiple user types:

Challenges
