ShopReel Privacy Policy
ShopReel ("the App") is provided by Deliverables Agency FZCO, 72586, Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when a merchant installs the App.
1. Information we collect
When you install the App, we access information from your Shopify store through the Shopify API: store name, domain, contact email, product data (titles, images, prices, variants), and theme information needed to display widgets. We store videos you upload or import, and your widget settings. We collect aggregated interaction data on your storefront, such as video views, clicks, and add-to-cart events. We do not collect or store customer names, emails, addresses, or payment information.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide and improve the App, display shoppable videos on your store, generate analytics, provide support, and process billing through Shopify.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the App (hosting, video delivery, and error monitoring), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Retention
We keep data while the App is installed. After uninstall, we delete store data within 30 days, or within 48 hours of receiving Shopify's shop/redact request.
5. Your rights
Merchants and their customers in the EEA, UK, and other regions have rights of access, correction, and deletion. We honour Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access is restricted to authorised personnel.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes on this page.
